Our Team

Thrive Pelvic Health

At Thrive, we assess and treat more than just the pelvic floor— we take a holistic approach to all our treatment sessions. Thrive is about creating an experience unlike any other therapy service, and your experience begins as soon as you walk through our doors.

As Pelvic floor physical therapists, we are specifically trained to evaluate and treat

  • muscle spasm
  • weakness
  • trigger points/tender points in the pelvic area

These can be a result from muscle imbalance, scar tissue tension, prolonged nerve compression, stretch injuries, or trauma.

Lindsey!

I currently reside in San Tan Valley, AZ but am from Tucson originally. I spent some time in Georgia but found my way back home. I married on 11/11/11 and have three kiddos who keep me on my toes.

I pretend to enjoy working out but really have zero time between all the extracurricular activities of my kids and running around with a toddler. That’s exercise enough for me. I truly enjoy being a mom – I know that’s what God intended my life to be, but outside of that, I enjoy sewing all the things and anything related to pregnancy and babies. One day I will be a doula! In the meantime, I’m the voice scheduling your appointments, becoming your best friend. Call me! 😉

Testimonials

"I’m very glad I went to see Kim after my second child was born. She helped provide me with exercises and stretches to help bring my body back to how it felt before I was pregnant. Thanks Kim!"

Shira A Patient

"Kim was recommended to me as a way to fix my Diastasis recti. Along with regular workouts and physio in the space of eight weeks I have managed to help repair most of my core at 8 months postpartum. After seeing Kim I have become a firm believer that you need physio in order to properly recover post baby. I will be back for my next pregnancy. Note: she will give you receipts to submit to insurance"

Claire W Patient

"Kim is knowledgeable and passionate about pelvic floor therapy. I began to see Kim 3 months postpartum and she has helped me tremendously to rebuild my muscles and get my strength back. She truly cares about her patients and helping them achieve their goals. She has provided me with countless exercises and stretches to help throughout my journey. I would highly recommend seeing her before, during and after pregnancy."
